The Akasa CC7122BP01 is a low cost and low profile cooler made for CPUs with a low TDP. I can recommend this cooler for all CPUs with a TDP of 65 W and below such as Core i3, Core i5 and Core i7 without overclocking.
The cooler comes with thermal paste applied and is very easy to install using the Intel Push-Pins.
